  One of the best DMV experiences ever. Went there to get my daughter's permit and there were 18 people ahead of us when we arrived. It only took a little bit over an hour for our turn but I'd brought the wrong docs for proof of residency (brought some bills/statements that were in my husband's name rather than mine - important to note that those docs must be in the name of the parent who is present at the DMV w/ the child). However, the lovely Ms. Nancy allowed me to email to her, from my phone, screen shots of the proper docs so that my daughter could go ahead and get her permit today. We did wait an extra hour because Ms. Nancy went on lunch before I came back in to let her know I'd accessed and emailed her the docs for her to print out, but we were first to see her when she came back - no taking another number. The facility is small, but it was clean. The three ladies working the desk were ALL helpful, polite, and even friendly. I've never seen anything like it in all my 25 years of DMV visits. I am impressed and I will gladly drive the extra 30 mins past our closest DMV (rated horribly) to get to this one again.

  -Totally played unfair. My mother and another white female went for the door just as one of the workers unlocked the doors. My mom (keep in mind that she was a foreigner and speaks no English) was the only one who got yelled at. My poor mother did not understand what was going on and what she did wrong. Then when we entered the building and were first in line, the worker continued to embarrass her and said called the white female to get in front instead because of my mothers "behavior" earlier. Yeah right.

  Very argumentative here, guy misunderstood her directions and she cussed him....

  Love this place! It's usually in and out service, however there are the days just like any other dps office overly busy and crowded.. luckily it's a small office so not much room for a crown. I've personally never spent more than 30 minutes in here. Also the staff is very polite and helpful.
